SKOKIE — In disc jockey circles, BPM means “beats per minute,” but a unique new dance studio in downtown Skokie has added another meaning to the abbreviation. Beats Provoke Movement — or BPM — is the brainchild of Skokie resident Neil Lariosa, who brought in …
