Members of the city government of Evanston should not mess with renewable energy. They should stick to what they were elected for: administering city services. They should not meddle in things they don’t know anything about. The employees of the power companies have been trained and have the resources to deal with such issues. “Renewable energy” companies are only after the money of the city, our money.
Individuals who want to spend on renewable energy should give their money directly to renewable energy companies. “Renewable energy” in Evanston would only replace nuclear energy that is nonpolluting.
