EVANSTON — Fairies, lovers, actors … all these will fill the stage when Evanston Township High School presents Shakespeare’s engaging comedy “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” starting Thursday, and also running Friday and Saturday in the school’s Little Theater.

Twenty-three freshmen and sophomores will pursue mischief and love in the enchanted forest, directed by Anne Lefkovitz and assisted by five students who were involved in previous ETHS “frosh-soph” productions. Isaac Magnuson and Tessa Dalton play Oberon and Titania, King and Queen of the Fairies, and Kayla Long plays their minion fairy Puck.

Show times are 7:30 p.m. Thursday and Saturday, and 4 p.m. Friday. Tickets at the door are $7 for adults, $5 for students and senior citizens. Contact the Fine Arts office at 847-424-7130 for more information

ETHS is located at 1600 Dodge Ave., and parking is available in front and at the rear of the school. The Little Theater is handicapped accessible.
