Bria, a beautiful Boxer mix with her original, lovely, long tail still attached and wagging, is happy to be getting fed regularly. She now knows what it feels like to be told she’s a “good girl,” and she likes the feeling!
Bria has also gotten used to being petted – something she was not accustomed to. Bria’s life until recently was not a pleasant one.
Left to live in a garage or outside, she was not fed enough nor was she given any loving attention. So now, she appreciates every pat on the head, every brush stroke on her back, and every voice that tells her she’s loved.
Bria was lucky that a humane investigator saved her from a situation where she would not have lived much longer. She is learning commands quickly, and she loves to be around people.
This happy, joyous dog is only two-and-a-half years old, and she’s looking for a family who wants to spend time with her, continue her education, and give her enough love to make up for over two years of deprivation.
If you think you have enough love to share with Bria, visit her at Save-A-Pet.
