Financial advisor buys 98-year-old Evanston home

EVANSTON — Benjamin A. Myszkowski and Carolyn A. Myszkowski purchased a home July 20 at 1229 Judson Ave. in Evanston from the Sommi Panofsky John Trust. The 98-year-old, four-bedroom, 2.5-bath, 2,924-square-foot home sold for $617,000.

Benjamin Myszkowski is the director of advisory financial analysis at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Indiana University and his master's degree from DePaul University.
