Design firm CEO sells Evanston home

EVANSTON — Ford G. Pearson and Barbara N. Pearson sold a home July 12 at 824 Sheridan Road in Evanston to the Jeanette D. McCallum Trust. The 101-year-old, five-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 4,893-square-foot home sold for $2 million.

Ford G. Pearson is the CEO and owner at the design firm Herbst Lazar Bell, LLC. He earned a master's degree in finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Barbara N. Pearson is the co-founder and business manager at Rose Hall Montessori.
