The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court, Skokie, unless indicated otherwise.

BATTERY

Sean Dwayne Rattray, 27, of 835 Dodge, was arrested at that address on Saturday and charged with battery. He is due in court Nov. 20.

Ian Hansen, 18, of 9520 Lincolnwood, was arrested at 428 Darrow on Nov. 6 and charged dwith domestic battery. He is due in court Nov. 21.

Philip J. Powell, 34, of 4432 N. Winchester, Chicago, was arrested at 301 Chicago Avenue on Nov. 7 and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court Nov. 21.

Kevin Humes, 33, of 716 Reba, was arrested at that address on Nov. 8 and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court Nov. 20.

ALCOHOL

Evija Bowers, 36, of 674 Duane Stereet, Glen Ellyn, was arrested at 1327 Chicago Avenue on Sunday and charged with driving while under thte influence.~.
