Evanston home sold by financial professional

EVANSTON — Glenn J. Pawlak and Kristin A. Pawlak sold a home July 3 at 1100 Harvard Terrace in Evanston to William E. Walsh and Patircia C. Walsh. The 88-year-old, three-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 1,395-square-foot house was sold for $469,000.

Glenn J. Pawlak is manager of accounting and director of financial reporting and planning at Elkhorn Goldfields/Black Diamond Financial. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois in 1989.
