Evanston police blotter for Feb. 10, 2012

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court, Skokie, unless indicated otherwise.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE
Two small holes were discovered in window glass at a single-family home on the 800 block of Brown Avenue. The holes were put there sometime between 8 a.m. Feb. 2 and 2 p.m. Wednesday.
RETAIL THEFT
Some Swisher Sweet cigars were stolen around 7:54 a.m. Thursday from the 7-11 store on the 800 block of Dodge Avenue.
WARRANT ARREST
Jamie L. Kremel, 29, of 126 Custer Ave., Evanston, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. Wednesday at that address on an outstanding warrant. Kremel is due in court March 14.
