Evanston police blotter for Feb. 8, 2012

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court, Skokie, unless indicated otherwise.
BURGLARY
Someone entered a garage through an unlocked rear door and stole a Toro snow blower sometime between 5 p.m. Monday and 7:15 a.m. Tuesday on the 1700 block of Oakton Street, stealing a Toro snow blower.
A Jules Jurgensen white gold wrist watch, five hoop-style bracelets and a
Panasonic flat-screen television were stolen around 3 p.m. Tuesday from an apartment on the 300 block of Custer Avenue after someone broke the rear door to get inside.
Someone tried to break into a single-family home by prying open the front storm door and breaking the door handle sometime between 4 a.m. Jan. 27 and noon Jan. 29 on the 1800 block of Darrow Avenue.
THEFT
A woman stole some Zyflamend herbal arthritis supplement sometime between 4:15 p.m. Jan. 18 and 9:21 p.m. Sunday from the Jewel-Osco store on the 1100 block of Chicago Avenue.
An Apple iPad was stolen from the display case of a business sometime between Jan. 31 and 4 p.m. Saturday on the 1000 block of Davis Street.
DRUGS
Eric P. Seaton, 23, of 1920 North Ave., Waukegan, was arrested at 9 p.m. Tuesday at Oakton Street and Dodge Avenue and charged with possession of marijuana. He is due in court March 28.
DISTURBING THE PEACE
Darnell L. Gunn, 31, and Craig T. McGee, 28, both of 1934 Jackson Avenue, were arrested at 12:09 a.m. Wednesday at 120 Custer Ave. and charged with disturbing the peace. They are due in court March 23.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Gianni F. Estes, 25, of 710 Dobson St., was arrested at 4:54 p.m. Tuesday at that address and charged with disorderly conduct. He is due in court March 6.
