Evanston police blotter for Feb. 3, 2012

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court, Skokie, unless indicated otherwise.
BURGLARY
A Pioneer touch screen stereo system and an Alpine Kicker XD unit were stolen from a Mitsubishi vehicle parked on the street sometime between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. Thursday on the 1200 block of Fowler Avenue. Someone committed the burglary by prying open the driver’s-side door.
BATTERY
An employee was grabbed by a female co-worker around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in a battery incident at a business on the 700 block of Main Street.
DRUGS
Sean C. McClure, 20, of 812 Dodge Ave., Evanston, was arrested at 7:13 p.m. Wednesday at 1848 Ashland Ave. and charged with possession of marijuana. He is due in court Feb. 16.
Cory L. Weaver, 21, of 1905 162nd St. in south suburban Markham, was arrested at 11:08 p.m. Wednesday at 1800 Asbury Ave. and charged with possession of a controlled substance. Weaver is due in court Feb. 16.
DUI
Fanny Feldman, 20, of 428 Darrow Ave., Evanston, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. Wednesday at 2301 Oakton St. and charged with driving under the influence. Feldman is due in court Feb. 16.
