Woman’s Board raises “dough” for Hadley

On Dec. 7, the Woman’s Board of The Hadley School for the Blind held a fundraiser in conjunction with the Homemade Pizza Co., 544 Lincoln Ave., Winnetka, to raise some “dough” for Hadley. The Woman’s Board is Hadley’s single largest donor. Nearly $800 was raised for the school.
Homemade Pizza Co. donated $5 for every large pizza sold, $2 for every large salad and $1 for every dessert purchased between the hours of 3 and 8 p.m.
Hadley President Chuck Young of Winnetka was one of the many customers.
