Evanston Police blotter: Chicago man charged with battery offense

The following incidents were listed in the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest by police does not constitute a finding of guilt; only a court of law can make that determination.

 

EVANSTON

BATTERY

Patrick Barrett, 43, of 7253 N. Hamilton, Chicago, was arrested Friday at the police station, 1454 Elmwood Ave., and charged with simple battery. He is due in court Nov. 22.

 

Sampson Campbell, 70, of 1710 Lake St., was arrested at that address on Sunday and charged with domestic battery. Campbell is due in court Oct. 23.

 

Carlos Francisco Patino, 30, of 2000 Dobson St., was arrested that address on Oct. 10 and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court Oct. 23.

 

Brandon Rashad Reynolds, 24, of 326 Custer Ave., was arrested at that address on Sunday and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court Oct. 23.

 

Daniel L. Jones, 23, of 1823 Hovland, was arrested at 1932 Brown Ave., on Oct. 9 and charged with simple battery. He is due in court Oct. 21.

 

Francisco Rufino Chapa, 29, of 7020 Sheridan Road, Chicago, was arrested at 2494 Oakton St., on Oct. 8 and charged with simple battery. He is due in court Oct. 15.

 

DRUGS

Tariq Camil Mitchell, 21, of 1810 Grey, was arrested at 1128 Fowler Ave., on Oct. 8 and charged with possession of marijuana. He is due in court Nov. 18.

 

OTHER

Sean Takeshi Frumkin, 20, of 824 Dewey, was arrested at 1423 Noyes St., on Oct. 10, and charged with violation of the city’s spray paint ordinance. He is due in court Nov. 12.

 

Lataunya F. Bounds, 37, of 1331 Dobson, was arrested at that address on Oct. 6 and charged with disorderly conduct.
