Driver cited after crash into Highland Park business
An Evanston man was cited for negligent driving Tuesday after he drove his vehicle the night before into a building along Route 41 in Highland Park, police and fire officials said. Emergency crews were called just after 5 p.m. to the K Brothers Tile & Stone company at 3150 Skokie Valley Road for a report of a car that crashed into a building. Upon arriving, first responders found Lino Rodrigues, 41, of Evanston, trapped inside the car.
