Patricia Arquette’s ‘Boyhood’ exploded at the box office and she discussed the movie as well as living in Evanston. The Chicago Sun-Times writes:

Patricia Arquette, who stars in “Boyhood,” says the idea of filming her own family for 12 years when she was a child would have been a riot.
“It would have made your toes curl,” says the former star of “Medium,” who is getting raves for playing the mom in the Richard Linklater film about growing up.
