Biz Notes: Evanston banker elected to Union League Club of Chicago board

• Thomas E. Payne has been elected to a three-year term to the board of directors of the Union League Club of Chicago, a 135-year-old non-partisan civic, cultural and philanthropic organization. He will serve as chair of the Club’s member events committee. Payne, a resident of Evanston, is senior vice president of the Private Client Reserve of US Bank.

• Continuing to expand its services and geography in Cook, DuPage and Will counties, Adventist Midwest Health and Adventist Health Network, both of Hinsdale, announced a first-of-its kind partnership with Physicians Immediate Care of Rosemont, to provide increased patient access to medical care. The partnership begins with a focus on three clinics in Plainfield, Glendale Heights and Bolingbrook. A fourth clinic is being planned for the Hinsdale-La Grange service area.

• Chiro One Wellness Centers chiropractic offices, of Oak Brook, partnered with healthcare management company Medulla LLC on July 18 to provide the management and administrative functions for all of the Chiro One Chicagoland offices. Medulla will manage the real estate, supplies, marketing and office administrative support for those offices, which will remain open throughout the transition.

• Growing natural pet products retailer Two Bostons – with two stores in Naperville and a third opening in Burr Ridge – has received Pet Product News International’s “One to Watch” Retailer of the Year Award for 2014-2015. Two Bostons was presented the award during SuperZoo 2014, the national pet retailer expo in Las Vegas.
