ETHS grad named assistant conductor of Baltimore Symphony Orchestra

Nicholas Hersh Of Evanston Township High School’s class of 2006 is the new assistant conductor of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. According to the release:

Nicholas Hersh (ETHS ’06) is the new assistant conductor of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. (The included link has all the details, including his biography.) Nicholas played cello in the ETHS orchestra for four years and in the pit for the major musical each of those years. While at ETHS, he was selected for the IMEA All-State orchestra all four years.
